I do not believe that you can reload prepaid credit cards without providing contact info. If you are talking about accepting credit cards for bitcoin, you're gonna get raped.
I have links to financial institutions, eastern europe/south america. I'm not worried

But it seems like it is basically a free for all where anything goes. Hell, even the scammers don't get banned.
