always sounds like great idea scalping market where it's overbought/oversold through using liquidation heatmap but it only takes 1 more massive dump after your order get triggered by liquidation heat map that could cause you to lose all your fortune.

I mean to be frank if you were using liquidation heatmap these days around your order probably already triggered around $61k where people who long BTC from $65k are already being liquidated however market keeps dumping and your supposed good and informed trade based on liquidation heatmap rendered useless and instead causes you to lose 10% LOL Grin and this if you didn't use future trading and leverage.

the market is smarter than you think.

You might think you're wiser for trading those liquidation heat maps but might just be shooting yourself in the foot. I saw a couple of guys that were playing their longs just below liquidation heatmaps on CT and what happened was that they lost majority of their positions because the price just slide through majority of those heatmaps, breaking even lower and lower. I have learnt in recent times that you have to properly build a trading plan and structure otherwise you'll get rekt chasing liquidation heatmaps — boomer, you are part of the liquidation.

Much better for anyone to avoid anything that's requiring to download their stuff or connect your wallets or so.

This is one of those threads that I have seen before about the hidden spam and shill that they'd never come back after posting their stuff.

And soon, if they come back, they'll come by a new name and then will post the same stuff or different name but the same service.

I don't think it requires downloading or connecting to a wallet there are some liquidation heatmaps for free without connecting to a wallet like on Glass Node or coinglass.
And the main use of a liquidation heatmap is to know what price has a high liquidation so that you know where to enter and where to exit I don't know if OP is trying to fool you but honestly heatmaps also help me where to exit.

One of the free tools that I know is aggr.trade you just need to add the indicator heatmap you should be able to see where people place a position long and short.
If you see a huge liquidation near the current price once it hits the huge liquidation area there's a possibility that the price might reverse it sometimes happens but still depends on the market condition. I suggest do research first about liquidation heatmaps because it's good data to take down other traders and it is good for scalping.

You are right.

While most of us trades the other way and won't really use that kind of app or strategy, he goes out of nowhere asking about it. But seriously, he should have replied here and give more explanation if he's really into it.

Otherwise, you're totally right here about him selling some app or anything related to it or he wants to refer some app or service that has this product and he'd get commission from doing so.

Just one of the many people who spam in here daily, that's all. But at least if people pop in and discredit their shit, newbies hopefully won't fall for whatever he's planning next. Usually they come back in here to reply with their scam, then it's oops, gone.

Probably not even commission, worst case scenario he steals your access, controls your API, bye bye crypto funds.

That's the problem on bitcointalk, it grew more than the admin count could care, or at least admins are not caring as much as they used to. Back in the day there were a lot more topics deleted and a lot more people banned, nowadays they just let anyone in as long as they start a discussion.

And not like this was a bad one, we are talking about charts and we are talking about liquidation heatmaps, which from what I understand is about the fact that if leverage people oversell or overbuy a certain period, then you can make a prediction based on that.

Like if there were a lot of it at 60k, and if the price went under 60k then a lot of longs would be crashed, and that would make it even go lower, then you could assume some wealthy people may want to do that and short because of that, or if you see a lot of at 68k and there are many shorts that will be crashed, wealthy person may do that and you would buy longs. That's not a terrible idea so even the discussion is a good one, so they really know what they are doing. I bet you that this topic will have multiple pages at least, and because of that these people do not get banned, and then come back and spam something that will be very dangerous.

TA, indicator, heatmaps or fire chart...are all tools for reference only and you need to combine them with your knowledge and experience to make your own predictions about Bitcoin's next trend. You are not the only one who can use heatmaps, everyone is using them like you and do you think that just by using them everyone will earn money easily?

Trading is not simple no matter what method or tool you use and will largely depend on your knowledge and experience rather than just relying on tools that anyone can use, not just you. So, use what you think will benefit you, instead of asking others for their opinion.

You need to be careful with this liquidation heatmap of a thing as it's a mere way to know the market liquidation in adjustment with the prevailing liquidity. I've seen many claiming it's so useful in trading/investment and for other functions but I disagree with that trading/investment part because it's as good as you are watching your real-time chart with no basis for analysis.

The best is for you to learn how to analyse the market through technical, fundamental and sentimental approaches, other ways like this will only confuse you as their sole purpose is not designed to tell you where the market is heading but to know the economics around the market.

Does this work to your trades? If so, you should stick to the plan of yours. But if it's not working at all and you go with the conventional method of trading.

No, it doesn't. OP is either fishing for comments or trying to later down sell his liquidation heatmap app lol

I get the idea. You see where the likely liquidations are gonna be, and then you try to further push trades in that direction (or buy/sell up quickly to push it over to liquidation).

But if it was that easy...

I haven't used such and don't intend to use one. I'm fine with my typical methods of trading if I scalp o do some trades that will be made for a few days of wait.

Just remember, whatever works for you, why not keep on going? but if doesn't, dispose it.

If you want to be burned, let's use Liquidation heatmaps for your trading.

Trading is risky and when you use a volatile indicator like Liquidation Heatmap, probability of getting burned is higher.

If you use leverages plus the Liquidation Heatmap for your trading, you will participate in Liquidation times and become one of victims of market liquidations through Long squeeze or Short squeeze in the market.

I do not think I understand what you mean about liquidation heatmaps. The candle sticks are on charts. Or did you means the trader should first use small amount of money to trade and when liquidated, bigger amount of money can be used to trade in a way the market might reverse and favor the trader?
