No it was not normal because as you can see it by yourself.
it's totally different if we are looking it on Binance and tradingview at the same time,but do not worry about it because it happened many times before so more likely it's due to BUG.
nothing wrong with that,
in the future you will see something like this again if the market moves or making a quick action like sudden increase or something like that.
