I'm not really sure that was the problem of trading view, because when I've already read the reviews and visit at the play store and I see that there are over million people have downloaded it and it has a positive comments there. So I guess that was the problem on transacting your money or to your bank account. Sometimes the reason is using VPN when managing accounts, because  you just violating their terms and conditions so that you encountered that kind of problem. Much better contact their system or development manager so that you can report your complaint.

I am not sure what is the problem. But provably the problem with in your side which was some already guessed previously. I try to visit the playstore and see there are 1 million people downloaded the app. And read some comments there I did not see any comments like you described. Better to contact support.

No one can help you out but rather ask them directly on why does it happen.

i do have the same views above that this will most likely connected to IP and bank card issues.

You describe them as scammers because they "stole your 1 euro". I don't think their business is so bad for a 1 euro scamming, and I also think the problem is related to your bank card.
Sometimes the reason for this is your bank account, insufficient funds or your IP address "Do you use VPN, public VPN, bad IP"?
Sometimes the reason is a violation of the terms of use of the service, see the matter again.
It could also be a technical error.

So im here wondering if they just made up this free trial to scam 1€ to every person who tries ? Did someone experienced this ? would love explanations !!
I don't think it can be considered as scam unless once you paid 1€, you don't get what they say that they will give to you which is more indicators/features. Perhaps they just mislead the sense of free trial. On the other hand you might be requesting to add more features than they are offering in their free trial thus they are asking you to pay 1€. Anyway going back to your question, I'm pretty sure they have made someone to pay 1€ for what you are saying free trial however on their part it's not considered as scam as long as what I've said earlier if they get the service they are asking for.

It seems there are many Bitcointalk members who use TradingView. So I think the problem is the tradingview system detected that you are using fake debit/credit card or you are using prepaid cards(Visa/Mastercard) or maybe they detected that you made multiple accounts.

And actually the weird thing is they only offering 14 days trial, not 30 days. How did you know that they have 30 days free pro trial?

It might differ from region to region. When I create a new account, I see ads for a 30-day trial. It's always been that way as far as I know. Years ago, I knew multiple people who would game their free trials every 30 days. It looks like they're trying to put a stop to that.

Well i never made any other accounts besides those 2, and my VISA is not a fake one  Cheesy it's linked to my only bank account and i never had any problem with it ever.

And i made the 2nd account after the first one got cancelled, thats why i'm pissed... i really dont like those companies who say they offer "free" trial or anything, while they force you to pay afterward, it's such a scammy marketing way to treat customers..

Do you have any other site like this to share by the way ? Similar to trading view ? i would actually rather pay a subscription to another company if i have to Cheesy

Coinigy has very similar charting software and functionality. If you're an altcoin trader, it gives access to more coins and exchanges than Tradingview.

It sucks that you're facing these issues. It's been years since I did the free trial so I don't have any experience to offer. I do like Tradingview a lot. If you PM "admin" in the chat window, he may be able to help. He's always been able to get my issues fixed, though I'm mostly referring to technical stuff, not billing stuff.

Well, much better contact them to find the reasons why your account been canceled.

What feature actually you want from tradingview?
If you want a free trading technical analysis tool there are two tools that I know.

It actually shows up on my free account too though i have never bothered to opt for the pro version. I guess OP got tempted by the offer. I am not sure why his free trial got cancelled but there must be a reason.

But if you are using real debit/credit card try to contact them instead tradingview.com/contacts/
Maybe the issue is from their system that detected your PC or card as multiple accounts which are not allowed to abuse the free trial.

+1 to all of this.

I think it's fair to assume that something like TradingView is probably going to be getting a lot of traffic from economically depressed areas, and people are going to use fake debit cards on their website (or cards with only $1 on them to avoid the next charge if they forget) The biggest way for these companies to make money is to get people to forget that they're on their free trial, and to charge them. But when you're using something that stops that from happening they're not going to be happy.

But yeah, don't abuse the free trial on there. Not notice and I assume thats what they think you're doing.

The best thing to do is to contact them and clarify things.

Go to More->Help Center. Goodluck!!

Yes, but if you do that, you have to deal with some automatic bot response, you can litterally never contact them directly... You have an option to send "suggestion" but it cearly says that they dont respond to them... So yeah, only way is to pay to be "pro"

Hello,

I was loving tradingview, until i realise what jerks they were.

Let me explain, so i was using the free version ( which im perfectly happy with ), but i saw that they were offering a "free" trial for the PRO version.

So i said ok, ill try that, more charts, more indicators etc, can't hurt if i can try it for free for 30 days as they advertise it.

So i follow the instructions, and oh surprise, firstable you have to actually pay 1€ in order to register you credit card and use the "free" 30 days trial.... Ok well 1€ is not that expensive, lets go... And, oh, surprise again, 12 hours after, i wake up, happy, yay i'm going to be able to use plenty of indicators and multi charts, oh, suprise, tradingview cancelled the free trial for NO reasons, just like that, zero email sent to me to explain why they did this, nothing, and if you want to contact them and ask them why, you have zero way to do so, oh yes, unless you fucking pay for a subscription PRO 15€, 30€ or 60€, depending on the version you choose.

So anyway, i guess it was a "bug" or something, let me make another account, use a second credit card, with a totaly different name, surname ( my mother ), and yes, we have a different name, let me borrow her phone too, cause your account is linked to your phone number btw...

Lets rince and repeat, short story long, 12 hours after, free trial cancelled..

So im here wondering if they just made up this free trial to scam 1€ to every person who tries ? Did someone experienced this ? would love explanations !!

Sad part is i actually really love using tradingview, because the site is well made, but if they actually act like this on prupose, well thats not cool...
