when businesses last year could work socially distanced. it meant lumberjacks could still cut tree's down

so instead of processing wood.. it just stacked up

simple common sense

last year when bars were closed the amount of alcohol barrels stacked up too.

Since this 'lumber yard' is only 3/8 mile long, and far narrower... that's not really a lot of lumber. The BIG point is, is this the only one? Or are there many of them, hidden off in the woods somewhere?

I don't criss-cross the wilderness in my travels. I could easily have missed them, or thought nothing of them when I DID see them.
How about you?
The lumber often comes from Canada. So, these 'depots' could range throughout Canada, as well as the USA.

joking aside it could be the reason but trying to inflate a material's price has been a common practice and I am not surprised to see things like this. what's even more disgusting is that the government doesn't really take actions on things like this or it is just that I missed the news of them doing something about it
