First a want to thank you for a comprehensive and fast response. Regarding point 6 I am afraid I still don't get it and want to clarify it.

Let's assume that I already transfer my BTC and BCH to new addresses. With my BTC address, I still should have unsplit bitcoin gold/diamond and all other forks that happened after BTC/BCH (regardless if I use legacy or segwit address to store my BTC) and I can split them in a future is that correct ??

Yes, that is correct.
As long as you have the private key or seed to that address you can always split forked coins in the future.

1. Generate cold storage address downloaded from  bitaddress.org to offline computer.  Can I still use this site ? As far as I know same legacy address (beginning with 1)  still can be used on both sides ( BTC and BCH).
Yes.

I want to keep things simple use preferably use same address for BTC and BCH. Is there any disadvantage beside slightly less  fee by using segwit address on BTC side Huh  I somehow trust  bitaddress.org to generate truly random passwords because that site been around for  long time.
AFAIK no. You can keep using a legacy address.

2. Download and install electrum wallet (this Is wallet I am most familiar with) from https://electrum.org/#download
Good choice! Also verify the file signatures if you want maximum security[1].

4 Transfer BTC to new cold storage address ( What site I can use to properly estimate fee ?)
I like to use this one: https://coinb.in/#fees

Is that true that I can use really small fee because I transfer between my 2 accounts and in worst case scenario ( insufficient fee) transfer will be canceled and funds returned to  source adrress ?
Yes. If you are not in a hurry, you can use the fee you want and if there is no confirmation after a long time, you will be able to spend them again from your old wallet.

5. Download electron cash from  https://www.electroncash.org/ import PK I transfer fund to key generated in pkt 1 Some people claim that is much safer to first transfer BTC and after that BCH.
I would prefer to use a different address for each coin (if you are planning to use the same pk from your BTC wallet).

6. I believe after transfer I can still claim  all posible  btc and bch forks ( bitcoin gold etc.) in future ?
Only the ones that will happen in the future. Bitcoin Gold/Diamond already happened. So they were given to the address holding the coins when the fork happened.

Hi I have question regarding transfer my bitcoin fund to new cold wallet. This is address legacy address from 2014 that never been touched since.  For security reson  I want to send all my funds to  cold storage with open possibility claim all forks  later.

This is my plan what I and please correct me if you see something wrong with my process of thinking. I do not want screw up something because that might be very costly.

3. Import private key to electrum wallet ( I don't see need to generate new adress and swipe pk to that since I will be transferring my fund to cold storage address generated in step 1
