These are just arbitrary data that may or may not exist in a database (ie. blockchain). Your only option is to find a way to search all the existing databases that are indexed to let you search a hash and there are thousands of databases (ie. altcoins) to check.
Your only viable option is to use the block explorers that only have a handful of altcoins to search in. Blockchair.com is one. Another one is https://chainz.cryptoid.info/ which has a lot more but you'll have to search one coin at a time.

Where did you get those?
The blockexplorer "Blockchair" supports 17 blockchains but your transaction hashes neither belong to any of those.
