In Bitcoin, a failed transaction can't be failed "for them" or "for you". Bitcoin is a ledger where everything is transparent. Your transaction is confirmed. Your transaction is not failed.
A transaction cannot be reversed once it has been confirmed, but an unconfirmed transaction can be rejected or purged out of the mempool if the sender used a TX fee that is too low in that period. Though OP's transaction is confirmed already because the TX id provided proves it, except OP provided a wrong TX id, or sent his BTC to the wrong address.

Exactly. It has happened to me twice this week.

btw you said that you made the deposit 5 days ago but why I saw the time in the transaction that you shared is happening today.
Block explorers usually display the time the transaction was included in the blockchain, not the time the transaction was broadcasted.
Blockchain.com first saw the transaction on May 6. That's likely the date OP broadcasted the transaction.

It seems the owner of that poker wants to make a pool of you, its already confirmed you have to ask them to return the fund which they are likely not going to do because of the very high transaction but you can agree to deduct the transaction fees to the amount you deposit.
Or they allow you to play but I don't think you will be comfortable playing in this kind of casino that made you look like a newbie in transactions.
If they deny your deposit then its time for you to open a scam accusation to get back on this casino.

how they can say that the transaction failed when the transaction even got confirmation today?

Your transaction is confirmed, with over 99 confirmations. BTC transactions are irreversible and immutable; so you should be suspicious of that Poker site as they claim that your transaction would be reversed back into your BTC wallet, if they ask you to make another deposit, do not do so until this issue is resolved. You said you play Poker, but is this your first time playing on this site, and have you made any deposit into your account previously, maybe not with BTC but another deposit option?

You did not make it on ggpoker network, you did it on Bitcoin blockchain for that deposit. You sent your bitcoins to your account at ggpoker platform (not network).

Ask them how a confirmed transaction on Bitcoin blockchain can be called as "failed" and how that coin can go back to your wallet after having confirmation?

Don't trust them. Verify with blockchain explorer: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/39d5e769506b0f2b3973d60b4ae9d65dea4463b89a481c5d7313c688ddb4a813

That transaction has 34 confirmations and is irreversible.

With 34 confirmations, that transaction has become very deep on the blockchain, impossible to revert by any attacker.

If they continue to claim that your coin was sent back to your wallet by the blockchain, they are liar and try to scam you.

Are you referring to this website[1]? If that website is not a scam then they'll send your BTC back. I doubt a casino needs strict deposit time windows since they don't function like a marketplace unless they automatically convert your coins to fiat. I guess this fit more into the service discussion since there is nothing wrong with your transaction.

What is the name of the gambling site? Just to know if not a scam one.

If that txid is correct, the transaction has been confirmed. You can send the txid to the casino customer support as an evidence that you deposited bitcoin into your account on the site.
