Mind to give more info about your problem? Mentioning the txid and the site's name could help you imho. In my opinion the best solution is, wait till your transaction get confirmation. It may take long time if you pay too low fee, you should learn from this experience. Always check how much is the recommended transaction fee?

Some gambling site have history that they deposit and because it's not authorize in some wallet here they ban the account of that so in your case the luck is still there because they not banned your account better to used mycelium or blockchain here if you do deposit in gambling site.And best to do in that situation contact their support then if they not reply move on that's all.

I thinks,those not completed your signing in deposited file of bitcoin is the main reason why your transaction failed,and thats why those support that you contacted need an accelerator fee,to make your transaction success,thats there purpose,there other separating support team,and thats is also my experience when i've transfer my bitcoin to my local exchanges wallet its co'z two weeks of pending,so when i search in google theres i found out that i need an accelerator to make my transaction fast,but you need to pay a higher payment,so when i do that my transaction become success,but its coz a highest fee,but thats fine at least i can save my deposited bitcoin.

They may be telling the truth, but it sounds suspicious, as long as transaction fees have been less, than 1 USD (5-20 sat/b ) for about 2 weeks already, did you really pay less? Anyway I can't imagine how is it possible today for transaction to NEVER go through, it may take weeks, but not never. Only if you had a big volume transaction, but still there's a hope.

0.0000017 BTC/byte is the current recommend fee for a transaction(https://bitcoinfees.earn.com).
To get your transaction confirmed, you'll have to use a tx accelerator, i recommend trying viabtc(https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/) or if your wallet supports/has RBF, then bump up the fees by yourself.

If you can post the txid and wallet you used, we might be able to help you.

Which betting site did you make a deposit on ? They are lying because any transaction can be confirmed as long as it has a transaction fee whether it is high or low. There's a few solution to this, one is to share your txid so we could help accelerate your transaction for free. Another solution is to pay a premium accelerator but I don't recommend doing this because it can be expensive.

Post the TX fee, we should know if the support is lying AFAIK most of the supports aren't likely going to lie. In what casino you are gambling? The fees now aren't that high so its basic that the fees are lowered and transactions are quite fast for today.

you either have to share your transaction ID here so we can see it and tell you if it is low or high or they are lying! or if you want to keep your privacy then you have to do it yourself.

go to a block explorer like blockchain.info and search for your transaction ID there. see the fee per byte field not the fee itself. if it was something like 1 satoshi/byte then you paid a ridiculously low fee. although it depends on when you made this transaction. a couple of days ago low fee transactions with 20-30 s/b were being confirmed fast.

for a list of the fees you can check this site https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ compare your fee with these and see how long is the estimation for confirmation time.

First of all it would be much more helpful if you specify the betting site that you were using to make the deposit, we can tell if you deposited at a known scam site, or maybe we can help you to contact the owners of the site( most likely they have an account here at the forum).

Secondary, check the transaction on the block explorer, can you see it? Is it confirmed?
If the answer for both questions is yes, check that you deposited to the right address, sometimes people make mistakes with the copy paste and ends up sending to a wrong address.

Can you post here the TXID of your transaction because if you really used a very low fee for your transaction then the support is telling you the truth. Bitcoin network is already not clogged and the transaction speed is back to normal as well as transaction fee so it is impossible for a transaction to take 3 days and still unconfirmed. But let me confirm it once you post here the TXID. There is no way to answer your question unless you provide that.
