Hi everybody,

Do you understand what kind of transaction fee there is at ANXBTC?
It is possible to read in the FAQ:
"ANX customers are no longer charged transaction fees when using the ANXBTC platform to buy and sell bitcoins. The price displayed for buying and selling bitcoins via ANXBTC is determined by the members of the ANX Open Dealer Network who are actively participating at the time your order is submitted. The price displayed is the total price and your account will be credited and debited as per the details provided on screen. There are no additional or hidden fees. Deposit and withdrawal fees still apply and can be viewed via the Funds Management screen."
and
"Transaction fees are deducted from the received amount."
but nothing else.
It looks strange.

Hi, byt411 from ANXPRO here. It simply means that we don't charge any extra fees on ANXBTC. The price you see quoted is the exchange price you will get, no more and no less.
On ANXPRO and JustCoin, the fees are clearly stated when you fill in the options.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I am here to help.
