Is there a tool that can suggest me ways to :
1. Send my transaction so that transaction fees is minimized or is zero : Select large input transaction or similar
2. My dust outputs are spend : Make sure the input having large bitcoins has enough age and club dust inputs together with this input. Basically suggest user to wait for a day or two to spend the bitcoins
3. Monitor current queue of transactions pending in the network and give estimate of confirmation time depending on set transaction fee : I found blockchain.info displaying this , but it has always been grossly inaccurate for me. It showed me confirmation time of 1 day whereas the transaction got confirmed just in 30 min. Also it only displays confirmation time only after the transaction has been already pushed into the network. Can we make an approximate calculation depending on the tx_fees set by user and dynamically display him estimated confirmation time.
