Please post your logs via Pastebin, and upgrade to 0.96.4 RC1 if you're not using it already. (RC2 is out but has some Windows issues that can be worked around if you're willing to get your hands a bit dirty.)

I open Core and sync prior to opening Armory. Armory then syncs until it allows me to see my balances. Any reason it's getting hung up here? And I believe I'm using current versions.

Not sure if this helps, but the bottom right hand the main Armory window reads: "Connected (495245)".

That is the number of the latest block added to the blockchain, currently 499942 (see https://blockchain.info/).
It looks like your bitcoin core is not all caught up yet.
Your coin is safe at the address the exchange sent it to, it's just not showing up in Armory because core is not synched up.

Which versions of Core and Armory? Is Core fully synced and running while Armory's running?

I know this is tiresome and likely very simple for you pros out there. But I'm having this problem, and I can't solve it.

1) Transaction sent and confirmed on exchanged. (12/7/2017)
2) Ran Bitcoin Core. (12/7/2017 and 12/17/2017)
3) Open Armory.
4) No updated Balance.
5) Repeated steps 2-4 ten times.

I've previously sent BTC via the same exchange to the same wallet without issue. Yet, all before the BCH fork.

I'm certain it's BTC not BCH.

Not sure if this helps, but the bottom right hand the main Armory window reads: "Connected (495245)".

When I view wallet properties it does not have the correct Balance.

And when I open Armory I always get a Windows 10 pop-up saying that I'm "Disconnected".

Thanks in advanced for your help!
