Network is under an insane stress load at the moment and transaction time and fees are spiking so your best bet for your next transaction would be to attempt to pay a higher fee (if possible) in order to get confirmations faster by the miners.

You will find different ways to solve your problem, to simplify, you have to resend the transaction for the blockchain to process it when the traffic gets back to a normal state.

Hello,

A friend sent some btc to my blockchain.info wallet a few days ago but the transaction still remains unconfirmed.
