sender says the bitcoins aren't available on their wallet anymore.
The sender should re-broadcast the transaction. If his wallet can't do it, he may be able to copy the raw transaction and use this Broadcast link.

on 6th january I was sent transaction with fee of around 7$ total, problem is almost no nodes have picked it up???
I can only find this transaction in blockcypher, i tried to use transaction accelerators but they all say that transaction is invalid.
