A bit offtopic, but how did you manage to use the Customer-Only/paid acceleration service of viabtc? I thought that they stopped them a long time ago?

I am using a little known exchange, masternodexchange.com, to originate and send this transaction. I do not control the private key.

Is there any way for me to move this transaction along myself or does the person who runs the exchange need to do something to move this transaction along?

Please give me your bitcoin cash address (or ether) and I will send you some bitcoin cash (or eth) for your troubles.

as you can see "Fee Rate 0.0005 BTC per kB" is awfully low and most likely stuck unconfirmed
I only pushed one to give you something to look at and think about
the 2nd tx is having the same fee rate and I haven't pushed it yet

what wallet (software/service) are you using with address 1KfX94zrd...
do you control its private key? if you do, you can recreate new transaction with higher fee
if it is an exchange address or your deposit address in an exchange, complain to them

I have tried to push the transaction through using blockchain.info/pushtx but I am getting this reply:

Validation Error: Insufficient fee. Please try again with a higher fee.

Unfortunately the transaction was already sent by the operator of the exchange. I don't think he put in the correct fee amount.

What should I do?
