You only need the Native SegWit wallet since the address is native segwit.
That is a very big mistake from me, I did not know blockchain.com has upgraded to segwit, and I should have known from the address posted in the OP.

@dopedod, the derivation parth will not be P2PKH, it is native segwit (P2WPKH).

Thank you very much, it works. Get my coins back with Electrum!!! You are my hero  Kiss

Are you sure address bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm is created by your wallet, and not imported as watch-only address? I've seen this happen several times, usually when a scammer "helped" to create the wallet.
Blockchain.com wallet can not be used as watch-only wallet like Electrum.

Have you tried to export the private key for bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm? If that works, you can import it into Electrum. I haven't used Blockchain.com's wallet in years by myself, but these steps should point you in the right direction.
You are right, should be the last resort if others have failed, to import the private key on wallet like Electrum, but I think seed phrase importation should not fail. But, private key can no more be accessed on blockchain.com wallet, only the master public key can be accessed. Making use of Iancoleman offline will be the best option to get access to the private key of the address.

How To Import Segwit WIF ~ to Electrum
~
For P2WPKH addresses (Bech32, starting with 'bc1')
This time we'll add p2wpkh: in front of the private key.
For example
Code:
p2wpkh:5PrivateKey
This should generate the corresponding Bech32 address

Yes i did both just to try. P2PKH and native segwit, both ways was same. 0
Trying again with P2PKH now, it takes more time for a sychronize this time. I hope it will helps.
You only need the Native SegWit wallet since the address is native segwit.

If it's the first time you've installed Electrum, you'll need to wait for it to download the "blockchain headers" before it can display your correct balance.
That may take a few minutes depending on your internet connection (it's 54mb of data BTW, just keep it open).

Electrum shows 0.  Huh
After you checked it as BIP39 and clicked next, did you choose P2PKH (legacy)?

Also, make sure your internet connection is active so the wallet will sychronize with the blockchain.

Use this guide to download Electrum wallet from https://electrum.org and verify the signature. Blockchain wallet make use of legacy addresses (Bitcoin addresses that start from 1). Open the electrum wallet after download, click on standard wallet, the click on 'I already have a seed', check the BIP39 box, click on next and selecy P2PKH (legacy) and click on next. Let the wallet sychronize with the blockchain, you should see your bitcoin.

I will advice you to be using segwit addresses, try to open a segwit wallet type for low transaction fee, and also an upgrade activation is coming soon which is taproot, you can also try to make use of it when the time comes, it will come with lower transaction fee too anytime you are making transaction unlike legacy addresses.

Thank you.
Im trying to do this trick with Electrum, but after pasting my seed and check the BIP39 box, ive got this error https://ibb.co/qWYwsX1

1 word was wrong, BIP39 check OK now, doing next step...

the final balance is 2,031.24, but on the wallet in the blockchain - 0 (screenshot attached).

Where did you get this amount?
According to the block explorer, your balance should be 0.04398145 BTC

Anyway, what I got from all these years is that blockchain.com is full of bugs. The balance is there, so no worries. You may need to contact their customer service.
2k usd I guess. Sorry Cheesy

Good afternoon everyone. For the first time I encountered such nonsense, the support of the blockchain wallet is, of course, silent, as always.

In general, the situation. Should have sent btc to the wallet. I log into the blockchain, copy the address, everything is as always bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm
I give the address to the person, he pays. There is a transaction on the network, the balance on the wallet is 0
At the moment, there are 3 transactions on this wallet https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm, the final balance is 2,031.24, but on the wallet in the blockchain - 0 (screenshot attached).

I checked the wallet address, copied everything correctly. I went into the application for iOS - the address is the same, everything is correct. As a result, there are transactions, there are no coins on the wallet.
In the wallet settings, in the Wallets & Adresses column, I clicked on my wallet - Used Addresses - I found my address bc1q0p0uk8cln5uu2h77fz09qhukacrhkx7jghc9gm there and I see the money (I attached a screenshot), but I can't just use it, because it says everywhere that the balance is 0.

Has anyone come across? How to be?
