If the team said so, then the answer is likely yes. I doubt they will refund you as long as they have notified through various means about the swap. To put it simply, they can argue that it's not their mistake if you didn't swap them.

Nothing can be done here. E-mail or reach out to them via their social media channel, and hope they give you the reply you needed.

Thank you so much for your suggestion will reach out to them and get a refund as soon as possible.

I have created one order from eth to theta. But while creating the order I have shared the theta address which supports the old erc-20 and my order has failed when I reached out to them they told now theta token has moved to mainnet so this order can't be processed only they can do the refund is it true if it is moved to mainnet the order can't be processed? Please advice..thanks
