You can't really do anything now (Well, you can rebroadcast your tx with a higher fee by double spending it, using this method), so I would say either wait it out, maybe it's a spam attack (or all the *koff* Americans *koff* are coming online now).
Worst case scenario, the bitcoin returns to the sending address. If you don't want that, you can always rebroadcast normally.
