but already include in block 411741 , happened a few hours ago and not 4 days ago.but if it sure had been 4 days, maybe it will get a confirmation.

OP just created another transaction that is huge, but has virtually no fees attached to it. He's now got 30BTC in transactions that are extremely unlikely to ever get confirmed.

Depending on your wallet, you may be able to delete the transaction from your wallet and resend it with a high fee so that it gets confirmed. However, it does have many inputs and that may still slow you down. Given the size of your transaction, a high enough fee would be about 0.0269364BTC.
