Is this a screenshot of the wallet History tab and not address history? I'm afraid you're mistaken if that's the case cause it's pretty apparent that this address isn't part of your Electrum wallet. You can look at your Address tab, click the collapsible Used option. I doubt it's there.
Please, no idea why I can't see the transactions on Electrum ?

I mined on Nicehash and they paid me yesterday on my address 135L19oMfTRJ4No2Q1JeVsfK36YuqVo2qr.

Less than an hour later, an outgoing transaction of my entire balance is recorded ... (I didn't do anything)
The problem is that I have never seen (this is still the case today) the transactions of the 2017-08-01 on Electrum.
