The transaction you linked is dated 5/22 and is only 2 days old and not 2 weeks old as far as I can see...
Try a different block explorer: https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/6b1ab419dbd2a8fe12e36e087704aea42a11e08c4c21aed412242660f55e931e

To the OP, someone (apparently from Korea) rebroadcast this transaction...

Electrum doesn't rebroadcast as far as I'm aware... but maybe something weird happened when you restored your wallet? Huh

If you don't want those coins to end up at that address, you would need to double spend with a massive fee to guarantee the 2nd transaction got confirmed first. It gets complicated and messy Tongue

Other than that, your options are wait and hope the transaction eventually drops.

Hey, so basically I was messing around with fee's on Electrum and sent some btc with way too low fee's and now it's been stuck for just over 2 weeks. The address I sent to was for something I was paying for and the address expired 5 days after I started transaction. So I need to get this transaction cancelled somehow.
I've been googling for solutions but nothing has worked, I hoped the mempool would forget it but it still hasn't .
I also tried restoring my wallet with seed but the transaction is still there.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do? Surely there's a way to cancel it so it's not stuck forever.

Thank you

The only way to cancel the transaction would be to doublespend the transaction, but this isn't always an easy process. You could probably try to speed up the confirmation by using the ViaBTC accelerator though if you just want it to confirm.
