Any advice to accelerate it?
How long do I have to wait to get my money back? More than 3 weeks?

If you can't wait and wanted to accelerate it fast you can use the paid version..
In bitcoin core folder I make a .bat file:
bitcoin-qt.exe -walletbroadcast=0
Then start Bitcoin Core wallet with the .bat file.
Then I can delete or stop the transaction in the transaction history and the BTC is returned within a few seconds.
This is only work for bitcoin core but they are using blockchain wallet or online wallet.. But hoping this method could be also work in electrum wallet.. bitcoin-qt.exe -walletbroadcast=0
