They're sending to you so you have no control over the transaction fees. Contact the ATM operator and ask them.

Fees are through the roof at the moment for everyone. It's likely the ATM didn't account for the current situation. When it clears up you'll get your coins eventually. If it doesn't improve in time and it isn't mined then the coins return to the sender.

Contact them now and make sure they know about your transaction just in case.

If you have your txid you could try a transaction accelerator which doesn't require you to be the sender but of course they'll be under a heavy load. This is one - https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Hey guys,  I recently began investing into bitcoin. Not knowing much about which wallet, where to buy BTC I chose to use Copay as my wallet and decided to use a Bitcoin ATM is purchase bitcoins.

I purchased 3500$ CAD worth through the atm but in my Copay wallet it says “receiving” which means the transaction is pending due to the “small mining fee”.

Is there a way I can unstuck the transaction, use opt-in RFB? Having the 3k not in my account is freaking me out! Thanks in advance and all advice is appreciated.
