If you want to confirm your transaction fast You should go to https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ just copy your transaction hash there and they gonna include your transaction in their block as fast as possible if they find one. hope this helps your problem

It depends on what wallet software you are using. Some are advanced enough to allow you to create RBF or CPFP transactions which can essentially boost the fee on your transaction. Some however will not allow you to do this. What wallet software are you using?
