Transaction with low fee for external Bitcoin address is wallet I will suggest coinpayment wallet. In coinpayment wallet very low fee. And for internal transaction I will suggest coinbase. Because for internal transaction ( coinbase to coinbase) there is no fee . I mean it's totally free.
Now how many satoshi is good for fast send transaction ? , i use electrum with automatic fee .
It depends on the network conditions at the time. Sometimes you can get away with less than 10 sat/byte at other times you may need well over 300 sat/byte to get in the next few blocks. These websites will help you determine what fee to use before sending a transaction.

I'd suggest you'll save a lot in the long run if you don't use automatic fee and also use replaceable fees so if things suddenly change after you send it you can go back and try again with a higher fee.

its good to use automatic fee at electrum usually you need arround 30minute to get confirmed

I at one time send 0.4btc with an extreme low fee (close to zero, if it was not zero) and it took about 20 days to confirm 
, but it got though in the end. I will come back with the exact transaction details when I get to my wallet.
So I believe all transactions will come through in the end, regardless of fee.

Well it was not as low as I remembered. I have had two transactions that took a while to get though.
One of 0.47btc at 11sat/b, took 800 min (about 13 hours) and one, also 0.47btc at 9sat/b that took 39500 min to confirm. Roughly 27 days

There is no point to accelerate a transaction with a sum of 14 USD by paying the same or even higher amount
I hope some one has accelerated the transaction in viabtc pool. It seems confirmed now. I noticed even you also informed the same above. Next time if the transaction is stuck you can check the transaction accelerator available in Google search like viabtc, pushtx and antpool to make you transaction little more faster.

No one had accelerated it on which miners did really recognize that transfer inspite on having low fee.Just like what I did on other day which I did accidentally put up low fee 5 sat/byte which I just let it aside and doesn't really rush up and I checked it theres no confirmation have been counted for how many hours (4+ hours) until the time that miners did recognize it.As far as a I remember it was completed for 7 hours. The transaction is confirmed

I think 3 days it gets returned? not sure if rumor
It depends on various factors, such as how long it remains in the mempools of the clients. You can't specify exactly how long it takes for a transaction to be 'forgotten'.

Probably time, as there are not too many transactions pending at the moment.
