The fees will depend on the payment method you use but I believe Coinbase has better fees: https://support.coinbase.com/customer/portal/articles/2109597-buy-sell-bank-transfer-fees
If you want to really have lower fees then you should exclude using a third party service because in addition to whatever the bank or credit card provider take as fees, the service you are buying from also take fees so It's better to trade with individuals through LocalBitcoins or Paxful.

Hi all,

Just bought 300usd as a test from cex.io, but than found out its a 7% fee on top for buy buying and withdrawing every time.

"Buying and selling

For buying and selling, CEX.IO charges 7% of the amount traded in fiat currency.

Exchange rate

Exchange rates on CEX.IO are based on the platform’s market activity. Traders on CEX.IO buy and sell bitcoin; at the same time, the exchange rate will fluctuate.

Though the exchange rate can change, you’ll typically find that it’s within 0.5% to 2% of the mid-market rate."
