OK I have a bluewallet with €100 in  lighting wallet
apparently they are closing down  the wallet and I need to transfer it to an onchain or other lightning wallet by the end of the month but I

For a moment i was shocked when i read bluewallet closing down but later on search found that BlueWallet Closing Lightning Network Node on Bitcoin Network.

Since there is no impact on ON-chain bitcoin, you can move you funds back to On-Chain bitcoin wallet. To do this you need to go to Lighting Wallet on your blue Wallet, Go to Manage funds, then go the Exchange Zigzag.io, where you initiate a lighting Payment and finally receive your bitcoin on a bitcoinBTC address.

Crypto Swap Exchange
I tried zigzag.io but it wouldnt except my onchain wallet address

What is the best way to do this I see no options in my bluewallet app
From what I'm seeing, ZigZag supports Legacy [starts with 1] and P2SH [starts with 3] addresses only, and fortunately, you can create P2SH addresses on BlueWallet:

  • Part 1 (enable advanced mode)
    • Click the 3 dots from the upper-right corner to open the settings > General > Turn on the advanced mode.
  • Part 2 (wallet creation)
    • Click add a wallet or the + button from the home screen > Click on Bitcoin > Choose SegWit (P2SH) > Create.

Or you can open a channel on Electrum Lightning to receive your funds from bluewallet.
This is my advice which I think is the solution to OP's problem.
Electrum supports both on-chain wallets and also lightning networks.

To use the Lightning functionality on Electrum, you will need to install the Lightning plugin.
Just go to "LN channel" -> "Open channel" from the menu and then search for the "yes" option.  Once you have installed the plugin, you will need to connect to a Lightning node and open a Lightning channel to start using Lightning transactions, on that way, you can simply transfer your fund.

Block halving is coming.
Never had any experience using this wallet but do you have any exchange option than zigzag.io?

Or I think if the wallet still allows you to send funds in the lightning network why not send them directly to any exchanges that support lightning? Then withdraw them and send them to your on-chain wallet.

Or you can open a channel on Electrum Lightning to receive your funds from bluewallet.
