It's good if OP will reply to this thread and show into us the TXID. It is impossible your bitcoin was gone if you have correct input the bitcoin address that comes from coinbase. Or probably there is something delay happen in confirming the block transaction but IF you are not looking that transaction ID that showing above on how to trace. Your problem solves, unless if you are not getting hacked.

Do you know how transfers works? Have you checked every possible way that the transfer may have been incomplete? Or the transfer is still underway? Share with us even on how long you took waiting before you went here to rant that your transfer didn't happen. These could be potential help in case your coins did indeed "Disappear". Have you also made sure that the receiving address was correct? That the coins were actually sent to an address? A lot of these require you yourself in taking action ngl, so check those out as well as what others have said before cause we can only offer tips since the situation is quite vague.

Double check the Coinbase address to see if you sent to the wrong address. If you send it to the correct one, then maybe it’s just taking a long time to confirm.

I don't have much in there but what I do have I want back!  I used an address from Coinbase, then transferred or so I thought I did, bitcoin. Coinbase doesn't have it, and nor does Electrum. I have a "0" balance. No one knows anything. Highly frustrating. I'm a student and need those coins to help me get through the rest of my tuition expenses!

No one can help you unless you provide us with the transaction ID ? If you do not know this stuff, the send us the sending address from electrum and the receiving address from coinbase. It may be possible that your transaction is still unconfirmed because of low transaction fee.

One of the tips above may be why you don't see your transaction on Coinbase, but there is also the possibility that the transaction was actually hacked by clipboard malware who replaced the original address or OP has a fake wallet.

The only way to make sure the problem is only in the confirmations, is by check your transaction on a block explorer (you can do this by right click on the transaction in Electrum -> Show on block explorer) and then just compare your address from Electrum and deposit address on Coinbase.

Since Electrum is RBF enabled by default it won't reflect in your Coinbase receive history until 3 to 5 confirmation.
Like the above said your transaction from Electrum to Coinbase still not confirm yet.

If you can paste the TXID here we can check the status of your transaction.

If you don't know how to get the TXID this what it look like below:

As you can see the transaction ID is your TXID copy and paste it here or use block explorer as suggested above or any of these below.

Then check if how many confirmations in your transaction and let us know.

if you can provide more details maybe we can pinpoint the real issue here
please tell us the transaction id or addresses involved, your electrum and coinbase address
or a screenshot showing the transaction details on your electrum wallet
my guess is either the transaction hasn't been broadcasted yet or still pending waiting confirmation

Why don't you simply check on any bitcoin explorer for transaction, and contact Coinbase support later?
Maybe transaction is stuck and not confirmed yet.
