You need to have at least 0.0006 BTC before you will be able to withdraw from blockchain exchange to blockchain wallet. You are currently having less than that amount on your Blockchain.com exchange account. <...>
After clicking on Bitcoin on blockchain.com wallet, this image will appear.
Blockchain users can move funds from wallet to the exchange in which mining fee is required which can be customized or edited. But the fee will automatically be calculated while transferring back from the exchange into the wallet (maybe this have changed, I do not know).
