Transfers are final so you don't have the possibility to recall or dispute a payment but it's something else if the chargeback is initiated from another bank in which case Transferwise will have to complete its request.

If the buyer is also using Transferwise you're fine but other than that not really so my advice is to do Transferwise to Transferwise transaction

Transferwise works like banks so you could still get charged back, but the chance is much lower than ewallets.
However, trading crypto actually violates their policy, so your account could be deactivated as soon as they found out what you're doing.
