Space is limited. I think russian and chinese spelling will make it look exotic enough.

I might just use original then, as it will take care of English and Spanish in one shot.
That works, but different "exotic" looking words would look nice too. Smiley

Regarding brands, I mostly saw the word "original" was applied.

What is the best word(s) to use to say something is a genuine item.

Genuine
Original

This would be to signify that this item is not a fake.
