Please note I'm not a professional Dutch linguist (I don't hold a title for that), but do speak Dutch natively. I do have experience from FOSS translation projects. In the past I've provided Dutch translations for VLC Mediaplayer, Celestia, Infrarecorder, Peazip and the OLPC translation project.
When sending me the PM, give an estimate of the amount of work (number of words in English will do) and how much you are willing to pay (this can be discussed over). I would like to keep a reservation to reject the offer if I'm unsure that I will be able to complete it within some reasonable time or that the subject is to difficult for me (lot of specific lingo). If you want to use an escrow service, that's fine with me. Texts have to be supplied in some usable form (I'm not going to do picture editing to translate text on a picture).
