After creating your ban appeal, you can post link to your ban appeal topic here: ✅[BAN APPEAL] Total list + Unban process (Need feedback from Global mods); and please remember to follow the guide and application form presented in the OP of that topic.

I would like to leave a note that to make your appeals right, please notice to make your appeals' titles right. There is official ban message of bitcointalk.org forum (that is shown in the below quote block). Recent days, I have seen many threads with titles like [UNBAN APPEAL], that is somehow distracted from official guide of forum.
I would like to suggest users how want to make appeals, please use the title as "[Ban Appeal] xxxxx".

Due to loads of Ban Appeals in Meta board recent days, I updated OP with this part:
2. Self-checking your past posts for plagiarism
You should do this before moving to the third step. Because it is your case, so you have a responsibility to self-check all of your past posts to find out that you actually plagiarised or not. If the self-check results show you actually plagiarsised, and if you did not contribute anything to the forum in the past, your story should stop in the second step.
Please copying and pasting each of your past posts into Search Box of Google Search, then enter. You finally will find your plagiarism in the past.
It might take you half of a day to finish your self-check.

Today, I added this part into OP. Please read and remember don't do ban evasion. Only open a single topic for your Ban Appeal in Meta board, and stick with only one topic to aks for investigation, and appeal.
By the way, I would like to remind you that if you do ban evasion, you might appear there:
[Report] Ban Evasion [Requesting Admin/mod to check those and ban]
I don't think you have interests to be there.

Did you actually read rules, especially things on bumps

13. Bumps, "updates" are limited to once per 24 hours.[2]

21. Old bumps should be deleted. [2]

4. Bumps are limited to once per day (24 hours), yes this includes "updates", that's what the edit button is for. Old bumps should be deleted as they serve no purpose, and only clutter up topics and make it more annoying to read.

Bump
This Can be considered as spamming you already made a great post and it would be viewed so there is no need bumping the thread again it's only going to rise the wrong suspicion
To be honest your post would be consider as a spam like CryptopreneurBrainboss already said. Bumping thread on every 24 hours isn't spam or against forum rules. Just need to be careful about previous bump and previous bump should be deleted.

However, I have not seen very much ban appeal that successfully resolved. Although few special case solved by moderators and admin. I believe moderators are handling ban issue very carefully and there is very less chances for mistakes. If moderators ban by mistake then there is chance for unban successfully. Otherwise there very low chances for remove ban.

So prevention is better than cure. We should know forum rules and should be follow. That's the way how could we avoid ban form forum. But you can appeal since forum gives you oppurtunity, but don't expect unban if you aren't legit enough.

I don't think so instead your post could be the one to be considered as spam or off topic reply since it has nothing to do with the topic of discussion on this thread. Bumping isn't against the forum rule, it's only recommended to bump once every 24hrs and delete your previous bump post. If you would had read the OP you would had seen this. The bump post is coming 24hrs after OP waa posted so no issue here.

Back to topic: Just as DdmrDdmr have said, I don't see a  point appealing your ban especially when you know you're at fault for either commiting plagiarism, spamming the forum or ban evasion. The moderators are 99.9% of the time never wrong. You appealing your permanent bans is just waste of time especially when you're not been framed. Not knowing the forum rules isn't an excuse.

This forum has many non-official rules but only two of them are taken very seriously and I dont think it should be that hard to remember them. Dont spam and post off topic replies and dont copy and paste. It really is that simple, dont copy and paste! And if for some reason you need to copy something always provide the source or at least make it clear from your post that you saw or read the copied part somewhere and it is not yours.

Perhaps it would also be good to stress that bans are really very rarely reversed.

Short temporal bans are probably better to let them run through, and make the best of the time understanding the motives and reflecting upon how to avoid recurring in the future. I’ve barely seen any temporal ban appeals – perhaps an odd couple recently related to the frozen Yobit campaign.

I’ve seen a few permanent bans reversed (two or three at most in a year), and those were under the aurora of either extremely compelling evidence (a setup case) or old-timer net positive accounts that got their account unbanned, but retaining a signature ban over an extended period of time.

What does happen time and time again, is that appeals crop-up on Meta, with a sheep’s skin disguise, only to be unmasked time and time again by forum members that provide evidence of the account’s wrong doing, being that more often than not plagiarism or alt accounts breaking the rules of participation.
