Travel Coin - Thoughts? | Bitcointalksearch.org

I happened across the Travel Coin ICO which is currently active. I read through the whitepaper and their entire site...

I was just curious if anyone had any speculation as to whether this coin seems like a scam or not. It seems the site was quickly put together & has many typos. The whitepaper seems pretty solid, although there seems to be a lot of obvious questions left unanswered.

As an avid traveler and member of over 5 travel websites (such as Expedia), this idea seems great, but I am not sure they can pull it off. There is already hundreds (maybe thousands) of companies in the online travel game -- albeit, none that I know of that are trying to leverage blockchains or cryptocurrency.

I was just looking for some insight from folks much more advanced in this world than myself before investing in this coin...
