In these moments I would like to make a trip of that style, the truth is very necessary, especially in the destinations of Florida, since in fact they are earthly paradises, although I would like to go to Dubai, that, I see a very advanced country in all the senses. If I had the opportunity, I would not doubt it for a second, since traveling is one of the greatest pleasures in life.

cool. i'm quitting my job at the end of this month, and i'm heading out a bit myself.. but it's more for meditation. keeping up with the status quo won't work for me either. i rahter find what i enjoy doing, and do it.. instead of being a zombie at a job that i despise.
Glad to hear you're leaving the system! A big part of my traveling will be getting in touch with my spiritual side. I just can't find the peace/time to do that in the city. Good luck to you Smiley

You are traveling across American by foot? I would rather do it by motorcycle.
In any case, allow me to suggest that you look at this site https://www.couchsurfing.org/

It might be of use to you.
Well, gas can be expensive over long periods of time. Plus I feel like taking my time. But thanks for the link! Will definitely have to check that out.

Too bad BTC wasn't as adopted yet, because it would be cool to see if someone could actually travel and live off of BTCs.
Funny you should mention that; with the cloud mining I have, I can just have all the bitcoins sent to my tablet. And I make a decent amount per day; enough to feed a family of three. So my plan for the most part is to basically live off of bitcoins, by selling them on gyft.com for restaurant and store gift cards.

yeh, thanks.. wish i had gotten into bitcoin earlier. i'd have a bigger pot to fall back. as of now, i don't have enough to last me very long, so it kind of makes me nervous a bit.

Evening all!  Smiley

Sometime in January, (possibly new year's,) I'm packing a small bag and beginning my journey abroad the United States. I've been in speculation as to what my lot in life is for quite a while, and at this point I can't honestly see myself spending the rest of my life doing anything but traveling. It's in my blood. I don't see the point in continuing to rot away at a desk 50 hours a week, making minimum wage, barely paying the bills, and ultimately being unhappy with life.

My traveling will begin on foot in Florida, as I eventually make my way north. Through Georgia, and the Carolinas; Virginia and Pennsylvania, followed by New York and Vermont, and many other northern states. Afterwards I may head west, or, I might purchase a plane ticket going somewhere in Europe.

Wherever I travel, though I'm sure I'll find work, I greatly appreciate any donation, that will be put towards food and places to sleep. If you're kind enough to support me, I'll periodically update you with pictures of wherever I travel.

Have a great night!

Do you plan to hike any part of the Appalachian Trail? Safe travels, give a shout out when you reach Massachusetts!
I was thinking about taking the trail part way through Virginia. Will definitely let you know when I get to Massachusetts!

That's a nice plan dude! Have a great adventure
Thanks for the support! I'm looking forward to it Smiley

I take it you're walking?  I will be partaking in that sometime in the near future.
I'll be walking for the most part, with possible hitchhiking or train jumping here and there. Good luck with your travels!

Don't you need some documents that allow you to stay in the United States for a long period of time? Because if you get caught without the documents, you get sent home and aren't allowed to re-enter.
Maybe if you aren't already a US citizen,  but either way I doubt someone's going to ask me for anything more than a driver's license.

WEll good luck, try not to die.
Thanks, I'll certainly try not to! Smiley
