if you want to sleep well then you must want to do your daily works and you must want to work hardly.. and meditating is the best thing for a good sleep....

If you work so hard every day,that dream of your bed while working-then you're on the right way to how sleep better Grin I just do sports and it really helps to sleep well after a hard workout.

One thing you can do is do physical exercises which makes you body tired and let you sleep

You can sleep better starting tonight. To quit tossing and turning, begin with these four simple lifestyle steps:

1. Spend less time in bed.

2. Shun your couch.

3. Breathe the 4-7-8 technique.

If you still have a lot on your mind, write it down. For instance, make a to-do list for tomorrow.

Is it just me who thinks that  4-7-8 technique doesn't work?

I have read the 4-7-8 technique but not super impressed with my results. It’s hard to breathe in and hold it for long, it’s like my mind is just concentrating on that but then my mind is occupies with that and still be sleepless. I don’t get the spend less time in bed part, knowing that it’s where you sleep.
