right. I think the sale of tokens right on the floor is just a need, investors always blame us. If good enough, they can get our tokens cheap. In fact, we are helping the project to become better. Because we sell at very cheap prices, project owners will buy many cheap tokens and then they can pump altcoin at any time.

I think the current market environment is not very good. If a ICO's coins forcibly goes to the exchange. Then coins will be sold again. Many people think this is the mistake of bounty hunters. I think this is a sign of exhaustion in the whole market.

If they were concerned about the bounty decreasing price, they would have slowly released the coins to bounty participants along the ICO.
It's actually the pre sale investors that go below ICO price to make a profit decreasing the price of the coin.

Actually not only bounty payment are delayed, I participated in some ICO, and the dev keep delaying the coin distribution so the fact is not only bounty hunter that do not receive the token, the investors also. And for the price dump, it is common even in other investment like IPO, the price will dump on the first market release, but if the project is good and has real use-case the price will go up again because investors trust in the project.

I think they say this because in their minds bounty hunter are all about free stuff and don't remember the aspect where they're the ones who brought in more investors who they seems to be the good ones to them since they came in with money, the funny part is since all the noise is about the bounty hunters they think of delaying the project which also happens to shit coin.... Real project don't get move by just bounty rewards which are not up to 2% of the whole token

Hunters are being thrown the blame when the coin you've joined the bounty is being dumped.

AFAIK, 2%-5% is the bounty pool of the total supply of that coin so if ever there's a dumped. You are part of the dump but you're not the biggest contributor of it but those are the biggest investors or the devs itself.

It's that a normal as bounty delay the payment
As i know until the bounty not yet done their presale payment will not distributed
Just stay calm or relax if that bounty are not scamm surely you can receive payment later on.
