Trezor added a new wiki page about Tor a few days ago. It turns out that it is possible to use Trezor devices through Tor with only a few steps:

Instructions for the Tor Browser 9 and newer

In Tor Browser 9, this configuration setting has been hidden into the advanced settings.

Type about:config in the address bar
    Search for the key network.proxy.no_proxies_on
    Set the value to 127.0.0.1:21325

Trezor Wallet should work now in Tor Browser, and all connections are anonymized via the Tor network!

✅ Need Campaign Manager? TG > @TalkStar675
This method does not work with the latest version of Tor browser which you obviously should keep up-to-date if you are concerned about your privacy and safety.
"OP" is trying to use Tor browser for his privacy and specifically for keeping his IP secure. So its a priority for him to use update version for his privacy and safety issues.

Electrum + Tor or a local instance of Trezor Wallet are the easiest and the safest ways of overcoming that limitation for now.
Yeah, i think so and obviously safer for him. Hope he will be able to keep himself far from electrum fishing sites and false update notification texts from uknown sources .

I think this will solve the problem with Tor.

For firefox, click the three lines - then options.
You can enable it at the TOR browser as it disabled by default "make localhost connections un-proxied:"

 - Write at the browser URL: "about:preferences"
 - Scroll down ----> Network Proxy : Settings
 - In No Proxy For list, enter 127.0.0.1

I think this will solve the problem with Tor.

https://bit.ly/387FXHi lightning theory
Are you wanting to use it for altcoins or for just bitcoin? If you're wanting to use the full functionality of the trezor web wallet then you can configure a vpn through your browser (with tor running in the background.

Tor? Are you sure you're not confused with Tor Browser since you mention port 9150 (rather than port 9050)

For firefox, click the three lines - then options.
Scroll down to network settings and click the settings button.
Enable manual proxy configuration and put the localhost (127.0.0.1) in the first box with the port 9150 and test your connection...

It's convenience, but comes with privacy implication due to unique browser fingerprint.

9150 was the port I ended up using...

And yeah I'd try booting it through a virtual os if you're really concerned for your anonymity...

If you still insist on using the Trezor Wallet (even if it offers limited functionality compared to Electrum) you can download the latest version of Trezor Wallet and run it locally.

Electrum works with TOR... and Electrum works with Trezor, so you could use Electrum instead of the web wallet... at least, for BTC. For other currencies/Tokens you'd need to find a Trezor+TOR compatible wallet I suppose.

I'm also able to connect the Brave Browser to the Trezor wallet, when using a TOR private window within Brave.
