It seems like they managed to publish the update before mid December OP. If you look into Trezor Model One firmware release notes[1] shared in their latest blog post[2] - thank you dkbit98 for it - you'll find this information:

Added:

Support for Ethereum EIP-1559 transactions. #1834
(...)
So I guess that if you're comfortable with it, you should update your firmware Smiley

According to prusnak[4] this update should come somewhere middle of December, so unless I understood something wrong, you just have to wait a few more days for that update OP.
Or... if you're in a super hurry, it looks like it has also been ported to Metamask: https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-extension/pull/12935

You'd just have to compile and run the "RC" Tongue Shocked

Or hope that they release Metamask version 10.8.0 soon™

Where is the problem? Why are they too late ?

Trezor one is their first model and they betray it why they do that ?
When they added support for model T, they did mention the need to "port model T's firmware to model One" and based on the following link [Support EIP-1559 in legacy], they're going to introduce it when the EIP1559 support for Suite is also ready!
- I couldn't spot it on the "roadmap [unfortunately, there's still no ETA]".
Adding to the good set of links provided by SFR10, you can check the - now closed - pull request[1] regarding this feature on Model T. There's still hope, however! According to this[2] issue the latest comment from prusnak - co-founder of satoshilabs - said that:

We are investigating EIP-1559 for Trezor Model One in trezor/trezor-firmware#1834
That issue mentioned leads you to this page[3] where you'll see that the code has been reviewed and has passed QA 17 days ago. According to prusnak[4] this update should come somewhere middle of December, so unless I understood something wrong, you just have to wait a few more days for that update OP.

I think you should move the topic to the hardware wallets board here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=261.0
