I have sent multiple emails to their support address over the past 24 hours without a response.  I included the transaction ID in my email.  Pretty worried that I lost my money.

I haven't received the Trezor yet.  I just ordered it yesterday.  This is the transaction ID for the purchase:

In this case you should just contact their support at their email [email protected] with your tx and details.

I'm sure the user above tought you were talking about a Bitcoin transaction involving a Trezor wallet you already own and not the purchase of the Trezor device itself.

Trezor doesn't give payment confirmations afaik. Your balance should be visible on wallet.trezor.io when you plug it in, or whatever application you use for your Trezor.

I've never heard of this problem happening before, if wallet.trezor.io does not show it, try an alternative wallet that supports it (there's alot, such as Multibit HD, but I don't recommend using that wallet).

I bought a Trezor directly from their website yesterday.  I sent the BTC from my wallet, and the transaction has 136 confirmations.  However, I have yet to receive a payment confirmation from Trezor and it has been nearly 24 hours.  Any advice on what I should do?
