Don't forget the restrictive measures due to COVID-19 either. They might not be operating at full capacity or some of their workforce could be in quarantine/unavailable, which causes delays in shipping and delivering the goods.

If it's really not something you mentioned, then it's a little strange to me that the shipment takes so long to be delivered from a neighboring country. Covid may have slowed things down a bit when it comes to delivery outside the EU, but I personally don't have any setbacks when it comes to any delivery within the EU - it's usually within 7 days of ordering.

With so many vaccinations and those who have survived the virus, things should work better this fall and winter than they did last year.

If you used an official German reseller, you might have saved some time and money.

Nothing wrong with that but better option for me would be purchasing Trezor hardware wallet is some authorized reseller from local shop, you can pay with cash without using any of your personal information and you don't have to pay shipping fee or wait for delivery.
Shipping is free within the EU but he will have to pay VAT.

Then, for a full 48 hours, it just sat at Depo Nový Jičín 70, which I thought was strange.
~Snipped~
But 24 hours later, the shipping has not appeared on the German system
~Snipped~
"Please note that it may take up to 3 days until the order appears in your local provider's system."
But that is now 72 hours when an order of a very important item (!) has been "off the radar".
You might want to pay attention to the type of impact, non-business days could have on the delivery itself.

and there are no/will be no further updates on the German system.
Have you tried tracking it with a universal tracker like "17track"?

Any need for concern?
I've purchased mine using a local official reseller, so I'm not going to pretend I know everything, but I still wouldn't worry...
- Worst case scenario: Customs doesn't clear it [highly unlikely unless you're in the Philippines] and just sends it back to them > they'll send you a full refund.

On "this" page, it mentions the "standard shipping" time as "five days to six weeks" for the European countries:
- There's also a "UPS tracking" page on the following link [might show something if they've used it].

I am not sure what delivery service they are using but it looks like they are not using DHL express, so your regular post office will probably take care of delivery.

There are two Trezor resellers from Germany, Bitcoin Store Esslingen and hardwarewallets24.de, full list and addresses can be found on Trezor website:

Hi, I ordered a Trezor wallet from SatoshiLabs in the Czech Republic to neighbouring Germany.

The shipping detail said: "The consignment was sent for transportation".

Then, for a full 48 hours, it just sat at Depo Nový Jičín 70, which I thought was strange.

Then "the consignment was sent to the destination country".

But 24 hours later, the shipping has not appeared on the German system and there are no/will be no further updates on the German system.

It is true that the email confirming the order said: "Please note that it may take up to 3 days until the order appears in your local provider's system."

But that is now 72 hours when an order of a very important item (!) has been "off the radar". The German system never allows for such "white spots" when you buy other stuff online and track them.

Any need for concern?

I'm not from Czech Republic, I'm from Romania, which was on the same side of the Iron curtain.
I can tell that couriers and tracking are full of oddities.

* I've got notified that the courier will be coming after I've already got the package.
* I've got notified that the courier will come "today" and it came only next day.
* Tracking getting updated only after a "segment" is passed (usually next day) is usual too.

I won't tell that you should not worry at all, but there's a good chance that nothing unusual happened.
Also keep in mind that they don't know how important/sensitive that package is for you.
