Nobody can ever think his dog will bite hardware wallet when it has never bit phone before, this is really a weird dog. Best to make sure pets are not getting close to such devices. Normally having kids means someone should protect his devices like phones and hardware wallet too with casing. But do you know that even if you equipped your hardware wallet with those cases and screen protector above, that dog bite would still harm the device with their sharp canine.

I would personally never consider purchasing any screen protectors or protective cases if I had a Trezor HW and I am not using any for my Ledger either. To me, a hardware wallet is not something you carry in your pockets together with your keys, coins, or other sharp items that could cause harm to the screen or the casing. The device is supposed to be tucked away somewhere safe and sleeping, while you are out and making your rounds. But everyone is different and if someone feels like buying such accessories, a 50% discount is worth taking advantage of.

I also have questions at the sight of accessories, for which they made a 50% discount. What is all this garbage for? Without all this, any crypto enthusiast can easily do without. I have always had an attitude close to negative towards such merchandise. I see this as an attempt to extract money from buyers under the pretext of artificially imposed goods, manipulating on banal fear. Fear of breaking the display and losing access to your funds, fear of spoiling the appearance and losing the attractiveness of the device. Btw, the same thing happens in the smartphone market. For example, an iPhone with protective glass. I personally have not broken a single display on my phone in my life and, by the way, I slightly despise related services.

I did not look deeper into that, that is true, only Trezor T accessories or something is what they have discount for, but it would have been better if Trezor T was included, this could have triggered some people to never lose the opportunity, the people that might later go for another hardware wallet.

I have two Android phones. Could you believe I did not use any case and screen protector, I got both in February 2020, and nothing ever happened to both. Which means the accessories are not what I can go for.

What I just know is that more people would have bought even the accessories more if Trezor T has discount too, even if it is just 10% to 20% discount in a way the company will not lose. But this is just my say, Trezor have their own opinion to make.

It's similar to what they offered for Black Friday 2021. Back then, there were also no special deals on hardware wallets but only on their accessories and things like the Cryptotag and Cryptosteel.
