Congratulations on getting the issue resolved. It would however be nicer to put the update at the start of the post as, how it stands, if someone reads quickly, it may look like there is no update in the post.

And im not trying to make myself feel better about posting this or damage Trezors reputation...

Im trying to tell people that these wallets suck so they dont waste their money on them...

I don't think their reputation will be damaged by high trusted member account on bitcointalk... I know 20+ people who have purchased Trezor (me included) and one had problem same as you. USB port on his PC. He simply tired plugging it to another port and it worked normally.

I got my Trezor about 4 days ago and have been having issues with it since I first received it. Some times it will randomly turn on but most of the time I cant get it to turn on, so I cannot access any funds that I have on it....

I will leave it plugged into my laptop and it will be dead and wont turn on...But if I leave it plugged in it will sometimes randomly turn on and work for a little while. But at the moment I can not get it to turn on...It is not the cord... Cause I am using the same cord for my phone and it works fine with my phone...Support isn't much help they just keep telling me to check the cord....And its getting very frustrating.... So if you want a good hardware wallet....DO NOT BUY THE TREZOR. You have been warned....

Alright I take it back, they said they will replace it so...yay. lol. hopefully the replacement works...

then you have to buy another wallet. actually trezor wallets are more secure and safe so you have to buy another wallet. you have to check once in that wallet. once try eth wallet then you have to see difference in both wallets. if it is not good leave it otherwise if it is good you have to replace it.

Can you use the seed to recover an Eth wallet on any websites?

Despite the fact that they have thousands of happy customers using their product everyday without issue?

I don't doubt you're experiencing difficulties, it just sounds like you got a defective unit. It happens. So, if a different cable, different USB port etc didn't help, it's fairly obvious that the unit isn't right.

Yes I still have the recovery seeds BUT they are useless unless I get another Trezor...Ridiculous...
I can assure you that they're not useless...
https://doc.satoshilabs.com/trezor-user/emergency.html#you-have-no-trezor-device-and-recovery-seed-is-available

You can also use something like: https://iancoleman.github.io/bip39/ To recover your private keys in a real pinch... But importing the seed into something like Electrum is probably your best bet

You really should borrow or buy a second USB cable and verify that the problem persists with a different cable. Most of the time the problems people have with Trezors are with a faulty USB cable or with Windows drivers. Go to your local grocery store or pharmacy and get a spare cable. If you are still having problems with a different cable follow the troubleshooter from Trezor. If troubleshooter fails contact Trezor support to arrange a replacement under warranty. Flaming the company with an angry post might make you feel better but is not useful; won't help you with your problem or damage Trezor's reputation.

Will they not replace it for you? I'd ask for a replacement. Also, did you write down the wallet seed? The 24ish random words it gave you during the initial set up of the wallet?

I personally don't have a Trezor, but like most wallets I believe it sets up this way. You can use those 24 words to access your wallet using another wallet downloaded onto your computer... just make sure the device you do it on is clean and free of viruses.

PS - security warning: do not give those 24 words or any other information to anyone on this forum through post or private message. We can guide you but don't trust us to do it for you, too many shiesters here.
