Yes I am not trying to attach my real name to anything. Why wouldn't a trusted place let you stay anonymous? That doesn't make sense to me.

Its because they are complaint with KYC and AML. A site who manage to comply with this is more likely to be trusted by gamblers to entrust their money into the site without worrying about the site not giving their winnings.

And I am going to respond here because I am not even going to help all those marketers trying to scam a person out of a chance. It is funny that 3 guys are attacking me with stake.dot links left every where say i am salty and i am shady and cant be trusted. is this place a joke or is the user base blind they cant see this. or does everyone already know these "trusted" people are a bunch of idiots attacking a guy trying to start a game with a few guys.

Stake.com is not part of the "attacked" that you called against you. There is no attacked that has been going on. Its an honest opinion by gamblers here about your website.

I wish I could try it but its kyc and wouldnt let me on through tor.

With all means and the word has come into your mouth you dont what a KYC complaint gambling site because you are trying to do shady stuff.

This stake.com looks like a giant scam lol. You guys are really fighting with me this hard because I want to play with a table full of people. You guys are worse than the darknet.

Stake.com is not a giant scam like your gambling site. A table full of shady people and one potential person that can be scammed.

I have seen tons of people taking shit about darkpoker.bet because I tried to get a private game going on Friday. I just tried to come here and make a post looking for a few players. Seems that stake.com was worried about their business over my shitty website trying to get one table to play with me.

So I tested out this website just now and couldn't even log on. The website doesn't work over TOR and needs a bunch of java script as far as I can tell. So if this site can't even work over TOR and all I am looking for is one table of players so I can get a game going what is all the hate about? Please let me know because I am confused.

You cant play on Stake via TOR browser, only if you let him use java. Btw, TOR - not the best means of anonymity. Dedicated server + proxy + VPN will be the best solution. Stake will also be available with this bundle  Cheesy
That is truth and stake. Com cannot be longin through same browsers like Tor! I have tried in the past to used my phone browser but it was not opening until I changed to crome with my vpn on.

Trusted places as today usually ask for a KYC for a decent amount of betting, it can sucks but is how it works now.

Maybe that is a trusted place for you. But for me I wouldn't trust a place that wants my information. I like my anonymity.
I wouldn’t even understand why a gambling site would require KYC for registration when it is not something that can be use as money laundering. Except maybe the KYC is for the purpose of identifying the gambler in the event of winning big money and deciding to withdraw.

Though, I learnt that sometimes they do ask for KYC so as to be sure that the player is up to the expected age permitted to play but if it is a gambling done through a decentralized system, I don’t really think that it should matter much to the gambling site since the crypto technology is all about anonymity.

Stake.com is one of the trusted gambling site of all gambling site in cryptoworld. I don't care about what you said it's not fault of stake.com having a lot of neggative feedbacks/comments about your website or anything. If you are trying to down stake you will never do that because we know that stake.com is better and we really know that for sure most of the people will choose to play to the stake.com compared to your gambling site.

Mind your own business, Better for you to know stake.com have lots of players and still counting, don't do bad things to encourage people to play to your site because they have right or freewill to choose where they want to play. For sure even the founder of other gambling site they know stake.com is really good and better compared to you. We love stake and better for you to quiet and do good way to be able to better your gambling site to other but Im sorry stake.com will still update and become more better their service  so I'm still side of stake.

I wish I could try it but its kyc and wouldnt let me on through tor. Also really not sure why you are marketing for this snake.com website. 3-4 people in a row are praising stake.com with banners. Is this a joke or is this real life? This stake.com looks like a giant scam lol. You guys are really fighting with me this hard because I want to play with a table full of people. Why are you making things complicated, just use a normal browser such as google chrome, with google chrome, I don't have any problem accessing to the site. Or firefox.

If he wants to use TOR something "shady" can be going on.

He wants to hide his IP the reasons can be multiple, like banned zone where he wants to play, avoid to pay taxes etc,

Also I'm pretty sure any trusted gambling site do not accept TOR players.

First of all your website darkpoker.bet and the other which you mentioned stake.com are two separate websites of gambling and there is no comparison between the two. If you want to be more popular you need to develop your site/business rather than worrying about what others are doing/ saying.

No one is perfect at the start. So if you are serious about your site development and progress, you will suceed for sure.

Correct!

If we do try to compare both gambling sites they do really offer different game and i dont see a reason why OP do target out stake.com about into their service comparing
on his.
Instead on minding others business it would be much better if he would focused out on his own and talking about stake, they dont have any care about his business at all.

The criticism of your website has nothing to do with stake, that you can be definitely sure of.

Stake is just an "example" of a proper website because they have been around for probably 5 years (not stake but primedice which owned by same people) and maybe even longer and they have never screwed anyone over, so by default when someone offers advice on where to play you go with stake since you know they won't scam you, which in return like I said earlier has nothing to do with your website and if it is good or bad, its just an example and by attacking stake you are not doing any favors to yourself neither, you should make friends not enemies, say stake is awesome but they don't have poker which you have and make that the difference, attacking them won't help you.

The biggest casinos in crypto all have owners that are friends with each other and go into each others topics to praise each other, with this way you are just making sure no stake player will ever play on your website, doesn't really help your cause.

Asking someone why they use TOR is like asking someone why they wear pants.
Its for privacy reasons dude. Not from the site but from the government, spouse, parents, roommates. Gambling doesn't inspire confidence in other people when they find out that you engage in it.

Personal opinion aside. op is salty. I am not here to defend him. I hope he can calm down.
If tor doesn't work - maybe try the incognito modes that most standard browsers offer - if the problem persists then only support can help him - whining about here won't help.

The comments that you got from your project is based on users and gambler here, Stake.com is not part of anything that the user/gamblers here said against your project.

Your project is really shady enough that's why you got those comments. Even longtime gamblers here won't put money into your site. Stake.com is a trusted gambling site here, been here for years and even helping NGO for their cause. Stake.com is not just about the profit, they are also here to help other people who are in much need.

It's not Stake.com fault, it is your fault to run a shady project here in this forum.

I am 100% sure Stake.com doesnt have absolutely anything with you and they probably didnt even noticed you on this forum. The explanation for seeing a lot of people wearing Stake signature commenting on your thread is that people from that campaign are very active in the Gambling section and every time a new thread appears they will notice that and share their opinion about it. Stake did not organized any kind of revolt against you or any other gambling website from bitcointalk.
People had good reasons to not like your website because the way you presented it and they way it is designed does not insipre trust. No one said you are a scammer but thats they senzation you emanate.

Why do you need it to work with TOR?

Most online casinos need to verify your location before you play now.

5.3 JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or residents of the United Kingdom, the United States, the United States Territories, Czech Republic, Curaçao and Australia (the ”Prohibited Jurisdictions”) are not permitted make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing restrictions on engaging in real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any persons located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or Restricted Jurisdiction, is a breach of this Agreement. An attempt at circumvention includes, but is not limited to, manipulating the information used by Stake to identify your location and providing Stake with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.

This is the same with stake.com

If you are from one of those banned countries, they don't want you as a customer on their website.

In other words, being not compatible with TOR is not a bug, it is a feature.

Don' t blame the casino, blame the authorities for forcing KYC down to (y)our throats. You can prefer to play on the Decentralized Casinos too.

Yeah that is the casinos fault and nobody elses if they want to work with the govenments KYC programs and keep logs on people. That is not the type of casino I would like to join. I wanted to play an an anonymous place a cash game over TOR and the entire point to why I announced darkpoker.bet which seems like nobody even understood or still understand the entire point to my website and post.

You cant play on Stake via TOR browser, only if you let him use java. Btw, TOR - not the best means of anonymity. Dedicated server + proxy + VPN will be the best solution. Stake will also be available with this bundle  Cheesy

I don't want to use JAVA and I don't want to leave TOR. That is why I had darkpoker.bet made. It works that way. Now I can host games online and play them. I couldn't play poker online before this. That is why I was trying to start up this game.

TOR is the best way of anonymity and is how you can enter .onions as far as I know. Maybe you are more technologically advaced then myself.  I do not know you but I have been using TOR safely now for many years. A VPN unless you own it is actually very unsafe. You need to trust a man in the middle (VPN provider) with your location. TOR you do not. They only will see that you are on TOR. Not your activity.

Can you please explain a proxy to me though. This is something I do not understand. I have wanted to learn a long time and maybe I am wrong. I thought that TOR is going through 3 proxies?

Firstly, some sites see a connection through TOR and prohibit access to their site.
Secondly, because of the disabled java, not all sites will work correctly.
Access to onion sites - yes, without a doubt this is a huge plus, without TOR there is no way to access them

Quote
You need to trust a man in the middle (VPN provider) with your location
I do not argue, but read carefully what I wrote about bundle. If the vpn service reveals your location, it will be a location of dedicated server, not your own. And a big plus of the bundle I was talking about - with the help of vpn and proxy you can choose the desired country yourself.

And regarding the anonymity of the TOR - in the documentation on the site it is written that the TOR does not provide absolute anonymity.

The website doesn't work over TOR and needs a bunch of java script as far as I can tell. So if this site can't even work over TOR

Just use any of these one,  Chrome, Firefox or Opera if you want to test the site to play. (incognito mode) As you know there are hundreds to thousands of unique and active players registered at stake.

I also visited your site it is not even secured, How can you even say it's anonymous to play?

If you are on TOR just fill out fake info and you are anonymous. I am not trying to take over the world with this website my friend. I was trying to get a fun 1/2 game going between crypto guys.

LOL you must be the most confidence person in this world. Why stake needs to be worry with your unprofessional site, your site cant be a competitor for even the worst gambling site in this gambling industry.
You said on your previous thread that you are open for suggestion, you should also open for feedback no matter positive or negative feedback. If you do not want to accept negative feedback then do not even offer a service. Great trusted sites are still accepting many feedback (both positive and negative), moreover they still asking for feedback to improve their site.
You have just came here, got negative feedback because your site is indeed not attractive and now you want to compare your site with older trusted site with so many active players?
Suggestion: takes suggestion and feedback to make your project better. Dont take them as offensive feedback because other sites worry about your site, it does not make any senses.

I am not sure if you read anything I had even said. I like any and all criticism. It is what makes you better. I accepted all of it. The way that all the stake.com shills are attacking me for trying to throw a PRIVATE one table game is unprofessionalism at it's finest. Read through the posts and see where anyone was giving criticism or where they were trying to point of security flaws and reasons to not use the website. I was trying to find 10 players to host a game and this business is coming at me like I am trying to take over the world. It is quite funny. I enjoy some stiff competition if you guys don't know who I am already.

By the way you did not answer me about your website you are shilling and trying to hate on my game so much with because of. Your site uses javascript and you can not play with TOR? Is this correct or am I wrong? All I am looking for is a game I can safely play on TOR. Something I have already made if I can find the players.
