I hear the questions brewing... Yes BBB will be raising the min hash rate offered, but is exercising the right of when and how much once ASIC's 1. Are more than Vapourware. 2. Mined with successfully and tested thoroughly by Triple B Mining and 3. The main Security is continuing to flourish and its new support security has approval and is trading.

I shall start a new topic as it will be a security residiing on LTC Global in it's own right.

  3BBBuyer or Triple B Buyer

The purpose of this security also delivered as a bond is both to support the Triple B Mining security with groth of Hash power and encourage the sale of it's bonds. We also aim to give LTC/BTC more value, and purpose by becoming a merchant that deals exclusively in LTC or BTC payments.

Sale of bonds will fund purchase of 2nd hand ASIC's or GPU's from anyone, anywhere @ 50% up to 75% of R.R.P. depending on time mined, age and wear of equipment. Dividend break up of 80% bond holders 20% managment. Dividends will be pulled from Triple B Mining's redevelopment fund as a percentage in accordance with the price relationship between 3BBBuyer to Triple B Mining. 3BBBuyer will be considerably cheaper and affordable but so will it's regular dividend. The value of this bond is the R.O.I. from the bond price rising/fluctuating and a forced buy back of the bonds at 105% of the highest traded price of the preceeding 2 weeks once Triple B mining has enough funds to reset the bond entirely, it's aim, and the funding round starts again. this bond is perpeptual.
Proper details in new thread very soon.

Happy Trading

Transfer BTC into LTC at vircurex.com and use this code when registering 350-3018 for a trading discount on fees. A great little exchange that covers all the mined coins and USD plus EURO.

Server 'ICE' was put to rest after initial trouble with the watercooled system...
Flooded a penthouse apartment  Embarrassed  Undecided

Dividends are being paid weekly at this point as the Bond has really started to move now with 130% growth in the last 30 days and more acutely the last 7days compared to our first 2 months of full trading (Nov, Dec). LTC to BTC transfer is under way for 3BBB minings first funded 72GH/s ASIC and will be hopefully added to our own private pre-order or the next available slot. If it does not make the pre-order, I intend to use my own bASIC machine to start mining BTC ASAP and paying the already held Bonds the full contracted dividends promised as stated in the prospectus.

I hear the questions brewing... Yes BBB will be raising the min hash rate offered, but is exercising the right of when and how much once ASIC's 1. Are more than Vapourware. 2.  Thank you all!

The advice has been very useful. The ideas great and the kudos... well gee shucks.

More hash coming as we recover from massive equipment loss due to electrical storms.

PR is pitiful and as a grunt miner I get a little emotional as this is all bar the last 5970 personal hash I'm committing. So when I'm told oh your full of it, it cuts a little, and i get abrasive... publicly. I apologize for any past incidents and personality clashes. We are now looking for a PR 'guy'.

Server #3, aptly named Ice comes online soon hopefully within 24hrs. Thanks again for the excellent constructive criticism and debate, and again thank you supporters...

Come on ASIC's!!! (Tom, pull your finger out and fill us in on the shipping delay!!!...please....thankyou.)

Good to catch up and please, spread the word.
Happy Trading

I agree wholeheartedly and although I apologized in Private Message I forgot to add it here...  Shocked I thank you creativex for your earlier help (hence the free bond worth 100ltc) and I wasn't even aware that you had a security at all...   Huh too busy.

I'm only aware of deprived's one through a perusal of the 1st page of his formulated plan for a prospectus (much much more intense on the jargon than my simple minded plan).  Roll Eyes

They were cheap shots at 2 obviously very informed and astute members of the BTC-LTC community. I retract the comments with a personal twist if you feel they are directly offensive to yourselves. But I stand by the sentiment of the piece in its message... Again it was un-called for but in my defense it did start discussion.  Embarrassed

So publicly, 'Sorry Deprived and Creaivex for any skin off your nose over my childish comments.Kiss  Grin

Please explain to me how requesting clarification of terms prior to investing is "negativity"? I investigate FRN denominated securities with equal zeal as should any prudent investor. Your comments about my listed security and Deprived's security are clearly retaliatory and are the only examples of negativity posted throughout this entire exchange. If you have a question or concern about AGLTC policy then please post in the appropriate thread so we can address it for anyone interested to see.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/cryptostocks-agltc-ag-litecoin-link-122614

Sad I'm a little saddened at the negativity some punters are showing towards those that are genuinely trying to give something back to the crypto-currency landscape...

Triple B mining is asking 10%, now with difficulty set to hit 17mil by march at least, our power cost's will be 10% of possible projected earnings. At any time the running cost's are more than 10% we pay the 40% dividend to bond holders first from the total then the running costs are taken care of in full and the remainder 49% or lower is added to the upgrade and redevelopment fund.
NO ADMINISTRATION FEE IS KEPT BY TRIPLE B MINING AT ALL IN THIS CASE.
In an ideal situation our take personally comes to around 2%. Now I don't know why we're getting beaten down by ney sayers for trying to support the community but it isn't helpful to the public or the the would be small business starter who sees all this hoo har about 'why should I have to bid' (because that's how the exchange was built???) and 'I could buy my own machine for that' (defeating the purpose of 'investing' wow! you win, proud?).Shocked (watch the backlash on this shit... should be funny Grin lol)
So why do it? To eventually reacquire all the macinery.
Simply put, many fund it, we all profit, I own it by the end through buying it back slowly.

We have a policy of if you don't like it... don't do it. No one is forcing anyone to invest in us. The Bond only works if invested in. It is very simple and not bogged down in jargon or double speak, unlike other would be securities that are 'deprived' of any character or 'creativitx' and are dry and boring and more likely to be a setup than some laidback honest hardworking and genuine little aussie battler of a small business. It offers regular payouts albeit they are small now but they will grow with the bond. I've said time and time again, If you don't want to invest in us trying to support the success of the LTC landscape then don't. But please invest on something on the exchange and help make it a success. Negativity is just garbage for the eyes and ears. No one wants to read it or hear it directed at them... Do they  Undecided ??
...and with that I say sorry if you take offence at our defence. Happy Trading! Wink

You can order as many bonds as you like manually. Just put the order in and I will fill it. No the price is set to fund a certain number of ASIC machines and a couple more GPU's and that's it, it has no bearing on the market, except if ltc loses value the bond price will rise to compensate, same goes for the other way if it gains a lot the bond price will fall accordinly. So 100ltc is the price atm. If the bonds aren't sold and it closes all virtual monies will be returned promptly.  Cheesy  Happy Trading!

Thanks for that. So, you haven't actually priced bonds at 100LTC, you've priced them at whatever the market will bear. I cannot simply fill an order for 50 shares@100LTC.

on the left side in the trade section is a table that says buy...This is where you make a bid, of a higher value than the current unfilled bid order, which is currently 96ltc. On the right side is the sell table where you can place an 'ask' order. This is the price you are prepared to sell your newly acquired bond at, it gives the bond confidence but isn't mandatory. It shows what you value it at. Once you place a buy order such as...

Quantity:1
Price each: 100ltc (higher than the current unfilled listed buy order at 96ltc)
Subtotal:100ltc (this done for you)
fee:...(again done for you)
Auth PIN:xxxx (needed to place order)

...then click the place buy order button. And wullah! your order will be at the top of the list, when I see a legitimate order I will fill it asap.

The highest bid is always filled first \- Bond is priced according to funding needed to buy ASIC equipment and nothing more so anything under 96 will not be accepted while shares are being released initially.

https://www.litecoinglobal.com/security/TRIPLE-B-MINING
Here is our prospectus. We plan to mine BTC with ASIC machines funded in LTC and mine LTC with GPU's and pay all Dividends in LTC.
So our mined BTC will be used to buy LTC to pay our investors. We call this BiTE mining: BTC-ASIC/LTC-GPU Hybrid mining.
Currently we have 1200kh/s Live in GPU's another 1000kh/s is due in the next 48hrs.
By the end of month we will be mining with 4.5MH/s of LTC scrypt mining power.
That's equivalent to 4.5GH/s BTC hashing.  Grin We plan on funding at least 8 possibly 10 ASIC from bASIC and BFL.
Since the destruction GLBSE we know investors are nervous but we really want to support both the BTC and LTC economy and are here for the long hall.  Cheesy
More info available here http://www.facebook.com/TripleBMining  Cool or follow us at @LiteLoufie  Cool
http://forum.litecoin.net/index.php/topic,751.msg3095.html#msg3095 is more on the prospectus and some concerns which we have since addressed.
We are currently offering 3 times as much hashing power than other currently listed mining ops are in LTC, thats before the plus of the ASIC BTC boost! We plan to help support the growth of LTC and steady BTC. We are already paying dividends. Bonds are 100ltc each.
