What happened: Fake CEO/team members
You didn't post any findings regarding their CEO (regardless of that and what the manager said, there's still no assurance that their CEO is actually real [most linkedin accounts are fake]).I will not judge strictly. What do you think about it?
I will answer that with another question:- e.g. Would you trust a burglar that confesses after "getting caught"?

ok, thanks for your advice, hopefully we will select a project as desired eg good idea, good Team DEV, road map clarify,...
I also agree that if you choose a good ico to invest in, even if the market is bad, it is not affected much, but if you encounter a scam ico, the consequences are very unpredictable. You will lost all which you invested.
I think it is important to find out carefully about the ICO in the present moment because good Ico really does not have much, all the more just pieces of cake.

In my opinion, timing isn't that important but what's really critical is the actual project. If a project is doing really well, as an example those who have already acquired some money before even the soft cap etc that's a project to consider.

Anyway, investing in ICO is best when the prices are dyed in the blood. It is difficult to estimate the price in these days. If you invest money to potential ICOs, you can earn a lot more than earn from other coins.
