I have used a browser extension TRC-20 crypto wallet called Tronlink. I do not it is the same Tronlink you are talking about.
The tronlink extension is legit, just like metamask. What happens is that once you load the scam site(coinbaby.me) it prompts you to connect your metamask or tronlink wallet. This is where they possibly steal your funds.

Hello, I made some profits on the trading platform TRONLINK (https://coinbaby.me). They want me now to pay my personal income taxes otherwise my USDT funds are blocked there, i.e. I cannot transfer them back to BINANCE to change them into FIAT.

I have used a browser extension TRC-20 crypto wallet called Tronlink. I do not it is the same Tronlink you are talking about. I visited the site link you have provided and I can see it's a dex that wants your wallet connection. They probably used a template to create this site through WordPress. You have said you made a profit there which means you have already given wallet connect there. It will be better to change your wallet address by creating a new one. They probably already got your privet key. Be careful when connecting your crypto wallet to an unknown dex.

Is there anyone who has experience with this?
They're using a known template/theme [archived] that's quite popular among scammers and there's probably a connection with "these platforms [check all of the archived pages to see how similar they are]"!

Just curious, how did you come across the site?
This was also in my mind, there are a lot of people who wanted to explore and waste of their time on the unknown exchange and don't have enough reputation.  They even hide their information from the WHO.is and we can't verify them.

But I got some information on Xolphin.com about their SSL certificate status.  If I'm not mistaken it seems they're 2 months old.

I tried to visit the site to read the C&S but I didn't find it there, how come they do taxes for you.

sad to say you won't get your money back. no exchange site will ask you for "personal income tax" it is just a ruse in order for you to panic and pay the "tax" and scam you again. it would be best to let it go since they would not give it back. perhaps next time, do your own research first before depositing on a website. a lot of people have already fallen victim to this kind of scam.

In addition, crypto exchanges don't do your taxes for you. The profits you earned are also made up numbers probably designed in order to trap you. Did a cute girl/guy slide into your DMs and persuaded you to invest?

It's scam. If you haven't sent them any money to pay the “taxes” then don't. If you were supposed to pay tax, then it should come from the USDT you have in the account and not you to send them more USDT.

Just curious, how did you come across the site?

Hello, I made some profits on the trading platform TRONLINK (https://coinbaby.me). They want me now to pay my personal income taxes otherwise my USDT funds are blocked there, i.e. I cannot transfer them back to BINANCE to change them into FIAT.

Strange is:
1., It works like a withholding tax: I pay taxes via TRONLINK - they settle with the authorities. Does it work like that? I thought you have to declare profits at the end of the year in your home country - no settlement via the trading platform

2., I cannot use my profits for that. They want me to put fresh FIAT (changed in USDT) on this trading platform.

Is there anyone who has experience with this? Is this a SCAM?
