Your heading is a bit misguiding. Russian troops means soldiers under the command of the Russian government. That is not the case here.
He say - "кoлoннa poccийcкиx вoйcк вoшлa в Cнeжнoe".That is exactly "A column of Russian troops entered in Snezhnoe". Troops and activists are two different words and things.
What that fucking activist are, we will seen shortly, they carry some hardware surprises.

If the US stays out of the conflicts around the world, then who will fund all those private defence companies such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumann, General Dynamics, Raytheon.etc and those private mercenary firms such as Blackwater and Greystone? If they are out of business, then who will sponsor all those politicians and bankers?
The government would just bail them out by convincing us that Mexico has chemical weapons and that we don't have time to wait for proof because the "smoking gun" could be in the form of a mushroom cloud.
So it is incorrect to say that Russian troops are in Slavyansk.
