If someone requires you to give them money so you can take bigger money out its ALWAYS a scam. Never in history of anything it is required to just pay someone to pay you bigger later.

If that was the case (in which times it is) people usually take out the money from the earnings. You have money there, if they require money from you they can just deduct the amount from your winnings and send you that way. Simple as that.

There is no system in the world that would require you to pay them, never do that. It is the typical Nigerian prince who needs you to send him money so he can take out some money from his bank and pay you. The oldest scam in the world, never trust any website that does something like this because there is not even a 1% chance they are legit and real.

You encountered that via spam posts here in the forum? If yes, don't believed on their claims.

Common scenarios are:

a) They will give you "decent" money. And when you hit the withdrawal, you need to deposit first.

b) They will asked to install a browser plugins.

I think it is not real I also visit that website but nothing happen they just want you to invest or put your money to their website. If i were you do not deposit 0.01 bitcoin because there is chance that in the end you can't withraw your money.
