No, NOT hackers... you've simply sent FROM Kraken to an address in your Electrum wallet... What you need to do now is actually send the coins FROM Electrum TO coinpayments.net.

I'm not sure why you thought you needed Electrum to send from Kraken to coinpayments.net? Huh

The OP has not been back here for a couple of days, maybe he realised his error and rectified it but would have been nice oif he posted here to let us know how he got along

Ok... it would appear that what you have done is send: 0.01119 BTC to and address: 15osvZgQXXU91ghVnAE4QmW1zC8z2u3mDU (Which I suspect is actually in your Electrum wallet).

Ugh. I'm having trouble using Electrum. Got about 100$ in my wallet from Kraken and sent about 95$ to a merchant at coinpayments.net and its been 24 hours no transactions on their site.
You said you had ~$90 in your Kraken wallet? If so, there is no way you sent this FROM Electrum. As an exchange, Kraken DO NOT provide access to private keys... so if you were using Electrum, you either sent coins TO or FROM Electrum.

Also, something weird.. the "amount" in electrum for the transaction is "+11.19"...
If the transaction is showing in Electrum as +11.19... This would match the 0.01119 BTC transaction being sent TO Electrum (from your Kraken wallet) with the display units in Electrum set to mBTC

"Tools -> Preferences -> Appearance", change the "Base Unit" from mBTC to BTC... and set the "zeros after decimal point" to 8... you will see that the transaction is now +0.01119 BTC

Now that I see this there probably is something out of place. That is the only transaction in the history. Checked Kraken and I definitely sent to the address. I remember having the amount in my wallet. Hackers?

OP, can you confirm you are using the up-to-date version of electrum (3.1.3)?
Older versions do not sync properly (and therefore don't allow to send transactions properly).

What does your electrum balance show? Does it show the reduced amount (after sending tx) or does it show the 'whole' amount ?

I am using 3.0.6 and have not upgraded to 3.1.3. My testnet is fine for sending and receiving with no sync issues at all so am presuming the OP has other issues

If that's the only transaction in your history and the amount is displayed as "+0.01" then, that must be your withdrawn funds from Kraken and you still got your $100 in your wallet.
Your current balance is displayed just below (lower-left edge) your Electrum GUI.

It's either you didn't broadcast your "send" transaction to Coinpayments, You're offline/not connected (red circle) [But it should be displayed in the history tab] or more likely, you've opened a different wallet file.
You can check if you have another wallet by clicking "choose" button on Electrum's Password screen/Open menu.

Are you sure that that was the correct tx id?
That looks like a "Batch" withdrawal from an exchange, there's too many outputs and among them, there are two addresses that's within the category ($100 received transaction) which are: 15osvZgQXXU91ghVnAE4QmW1zC8z2u3mDU - (Unspent) | 1NkUYdAhCKgGGj9TdYDWudhzKC2J1ivWhR - (Unspent) 0.01636 BTC.

That looks like a "receiving" transaction.
In the history tab, if it says ex. "+0.001" you are the receiver, it it displays "-0.001" you're the one that sent it.

Can you provide a screenshot of your Electrum's History tab?

Ugh. I'm having trouble using Electrum. Got about 100$ in my wallet from Kraken and sent about 95$ to a merchant at coinpayments.net and its been 24 hours no transactions on their site. Checked transaction on blockchain.info 154 transactions. I believe I had the slider in the middle for fee's when sending bitcoins but there's no telling. Double checked the receiving address at coinpayments.net before I sent. Any helpful info? This really sucks and I kind of need it to go through asap.

Edit: I am a noob to this stuff. I used to have bitcoins when Mt.Gox was a thing but haven't used them since. Maybe some beginner mistake I made?

Can you confirm that you send BTC from Electrum to Coinpayments address, not from Kraken to Coinpayments? If this is the case you should post transaction from Electrum history(right click on transaction/show on blockchain).Sometimes merchant have more coin options for payment, maybe you sent BTC to BitcoinCash address?Did you get confirmation e-mail from Coinpayments?

I made few payments through Coinpayments in last few days and I did not have any problems.
Yes it was from Electrum to Coinpayments.

I have been on customer support with coinpayments and they have no idea what happened either. No confirmation e-mail from coinpayments.

You will need to give more info, like txid so we can make sure that the transaction was confirmed.

If it was confirmed then the problem is in the site you are using, not with the bitcoins.

Seems like coinpayments doesn't accept direct transactions from exchanges, batch transactions might cause an issue to them.
and/or
Kraken deducted the withdrawal fee from the value you requested making the final sent balance short from coinpayment's merchant requested BTC amount.

Which of those outputs is your coinpayment deposit address and how much BTC they're expecting?
The transaction was from electrum not an exchange. I cant remember the exact amount of BTC, but it was in the 90$'s.

Some beginner's mistakes I can think of are:
  • Mistaking Bitcoins as BitcoinCash or BitCore.
  • Sending late to an invoice (temporary) address.
  • Misconfigured his wallet's Satoshi value (BTC, mBTC & μBTC) thus, sending the incorrect amount.
  • Sent BTC to a fake site.

But I'm going for this:
there's like a 5% chance the sending address was wrong but i really doubt it.
Wrong copy or "clipboard hijacking" incident.
